HOME DELIVERY IS Between 10am - 6:30pm.
WORK DELIVERY IS BETWEEN YOUR WORK HOURS.
DELIVERY COST DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.

WIDE DYNAMIC LTD reserves the right to refuse CASH ON DELIVERY to customers.
Please note while we would love to accommodate every single customer in every area we unfortunately cannot.
POLICIES:
While, we at WIDE DYNAMIC LTD strive to ensure our items are of the highest quality we will not be responsible for items damaged after delivery.
However, as WIDE DYNAMIC LTD is committed to excellent customer service, should legitimate cases of manufacturer's defect be found within seven days after delivery, please contact us in an effort to arrive at an amicable solution.
ITEMS are inspected and photographed befor sending out for delivery incase of dishonest individuals tampering with said items and claiming its a manufacturer's defect.
Refund and Exchange on manufacturing defects only.

A technician test the items before dispatching it with our courier to ensure a quality and working product is sent to a customer.
No warranty if you choose to install yourself!! (No Refund,No Exchange)
Warranty and Refund or Exchange For professional INSTALLATION ONLY.
You must have a receipt from the technician or installer to be intitled for a refund or exchange on car audio equipment.
Wide Dynamic Limited will not be responsible for any issues if you choose to install car audio equipment yourself!!
Once receipt is shown that a technician installed the units or items and you get issues within our 7 day warranty period a refund or exchange can be given upon request.
A 10% Restocking fee MAY be applicable on exchanges and refunds.
Delivery Fee is non refundable.
Cash on Delivery Policy
1. Should you cancel after the order has been processed the cash on delivery option may not be offered to you in future.
This will be at the discretion of WIDE DYNAMIC LTD.
2. Should we decide to give you a second chance to use the cash on delivery option a $25 fee may be added to your order to cover the loss on your previous cancellation.
This fee will be at the discretion of WIDE DYNAMIC LTD and may be waived.
3. Should you cancel twice using the cash on delivery option you will be banned from using this facility and you will only be allowed to order by paying first in full for the item and delivery.
4. A postponement is not considered a cancellation. However, postponements can only be scheduled for up to 2 to 3 days after the original scheduled delivery date. Continuous postponement is not allowed and will result in a cancellation.
